These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 33wmb platform, accessible at https://33wmb.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the site ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 33wmb and is intended exclusively for the Bangladesh market.

By accessing or using any part of the 33wmb Platform — including browsing game content, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a sports bet, or participating in any promotional activity — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 33wmb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33wmb.

To register an account and use the 33wmb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 33wmb strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or enforcement actions under applicable laws that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

33wmb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible individuals will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation, and any bonus funds credited to such accounts will be voided in full.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 33wmb Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 33wmb will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. 33wmb reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on any account at any time. Documents that may be requested as part of KYC include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method(s) used to make deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

33wmb currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. In cases where a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the deposited amount will be held pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a security review process. 33wmb aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier section. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required. 33wmb is not liable for delays caused by the payment processing infrastructure of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

33wmb does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 33wmb. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider.

33wmb reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and evidence of the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure applied to protect all users of the Platform.

33wmb offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, daily login bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, Super Wheel entries, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer at the time of distribution.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 33wmb promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance without notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk, using automated or scripted betting patterns, or colluding with other accounts — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and may result in the forfeiture of real-money balances depending on the severity of the abuse.

33wmb offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the event and market type selected at the time of placement.

Once a sports bet has been confirmed by the system and a bet reference number issued, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. 33wmb reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result can be determined under the applicable market rules.
• The bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error or technical malfunction of the odds feed.
• The player's account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns at the time the bet was placed.
• The event outcome is subject to an official corruption investigation by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

33wmb reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of simultaneous open bets on any account at any time, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity. Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

Live in-play markets are offered subject to data availability. Odds on live markets may be suspended at any time during an event for safety reasons or due to data latency. 33wmb accepts no liability for bets not placed or bets voided as a result of market suspension during live events.

The 33wmb Casino offers a selection of live dealer table games, RNG-based casino games, and slot titles sourced from certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 33wmb Platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, spin reels, or otherwise substitute for genuine human participation.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether to share information about live dealer hands, manipulate sports bet outcomes, or coordinate bonus exploitation.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; use the 33wmb brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent from 33wmb.

Unauthorised use of 33wmb intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33wmb's aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided through the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33wmb expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures attributable to third-party infrastructure, including payment providers, internet service providers, or game suppliers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

33wmb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of users — 33wmb will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered on the user's account before the revised Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game categories) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time changes are made. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in English. English is the sole governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation or interpretation thereof, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

All communications between you and 33wmb — including account registration, customer support interactions, KYC correspondence, bonus queries, and dispute resolution — are conducted in English. Submitting communications in any other language does not affect the binding nature of these Terms or the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
